I'm a mum myself, my son was born in July 2007 and is just wonderful!
When I found out I was pregnant I decided that it would be a great idea to start up a mums and baby club that focused on getting out and about in the fresh air in order to work on getting back into shape and toning all those muscles that have just been stretched beyond all belief! I have specific qualifications in Ante and Post Natal Fitness so you can be assured that I will provide you with safe and effective training advice and exercise techniques. The other reason I decided that it would be a lovely thing to do was because it would provide a great opportunity for lots of new & experienced mums to get together, swap tips and socialise. There are so many new challenges and issues when your new baby arrives and it really helps when you chat to people in the same situation as yourself. So besides the club being a great way to retone and drop those pregnancy excess lbs it will also be great fun and you never know you may meet some life long friends for yourself and your child. Below are some of the reasons why I think my Mums and Baby Buggy Club will be a great investment of your time.
- Sessions are specifically aimed towards post natal fitness
- Burn off those extra baby pounds & improve your fitness
- Tone up your muscles and improve your posture
- Exercise your pelvic floor & core stomach muscles
- Exercise boosts your mood and brings a feeling of wellbeing
- Be a role model for your child show them that exercise is fun
- A great way to get back in shape after the arrival of your little bundle & also have fun and make some great new friends
- Power walk circuit of a traffic free route with your buggy to improve your cardiovascular fitness.
- Intervals of resistance training using tubing to tone your muscles.
- Every week I will send you away with some excercises or useful fitness tips.
- Weekly training logs will be given to those that want to track their progress
- All levels of fitness welcome
